2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Our offerings are digital only; no physical shipping is required.

  • Standard delivery timeframe: within 72 business hours of confirmed payment, unless otherwise stated on the product description or proposal.

  • Custom consulting, journals, or VIP strategy sessions will be delivered according to the timeline agreed upon in your service scope.

  • If delays occur, we will notify you promptly with an updated delivery date.

3. Refund Policy

  • To maintain the integrity of our intellectual property and services:

  • No refunds are offered on:

    • Digital downloads

    • Coaching sessions once delivered

    • Customized or “Done-for-You” services once work has begun

  • Billing Errors: If you believe you were billed in error, you must notify us within 7 days of the charge for review and correction.

  • Revisions: For custom services, revisions are included as described in your product details or proposal. Clients are responsible for providing timely, specific feedback.
